Can I use a freight forwarding to ship my package?

Sell-Out Trade ships to freight forwarders or addresses outside the United States.

How do I know my credit card information is protected on your site?

At Sell-Out Trade we take your security seriously and go above and beyond to protect your information. Your credit card information is transmitted to us through a highly secure SSL connection, which cannot be intercepted. Once in our system your credit card information is encrypted, meaning no one has access to that information at any time. We are under a strict quarterly security audit and purge all credit card information after 60 days.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Sell-Out Trade will email a Shipment Confirmation that details your order and shipment date.

I have not received my order. What can I do?

If you haven’t received your order, please try the below methods to solve the problem:

Method 1. You can track your order with the tracking number.

We provide tracking information in your shipment confirmation email that is sent out once your item has been shipped. You can also view this information online in your account.

If you find the tracking number is invalid, it may be because the shipping company needs 3 to 7 days to update the shipping status. You can also contact us for more shipping information.

Method 2. Contact us for more information. You can always apply for a refund by opening a PayPal’s dispute. Make sure you do this before your Buyer Protection has ended.

I used PayPal to make my purchase, and have since cancelled my order, why haven’t I been refunded?

Sell-Out Trade authorizes your PayPal account at the time the order is placed. Your PayPal account is charged at the time your order actually ships. You haven’t received your refund back from PayPal it may be because you used a credit card to make your payment. PayPal states on their site that it can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement. Please be patient, if you have additional questions feel free to contact the PayPal help department online at https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/home.

The product I received does not match the description. What can I do?

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, contact us to agree on a solution.
If your order has not shipped, you may contact our customer support.

How do I cancel an order?

Before your order is shipped out, you can follow the below steps to cancel it:

  1. Sign into My Orders and find your order.
  2. Copy your Order Information 
  3.  Contact our customer support regarding your Order Information

How do I get coupons or discounts?

You can get coupons and discounts in many different ways:
1.  By receiving our marketing emails

3. By applying for a golden status.
